Rickshaws

The Program

	Candidates must apply for entry into the program
	Basic background check + face to face interview
	Must have two references who are also pullers in the same area
	Must be a rickshaw puller
	The program is for one year

Benefits:
Pullers are given the following:

	Free monthly health checkups for puller and his entire family
	Vocational training for the puller's family members
	Financial training and guidance
	Setup of a savings account, in which Panther Social will contribute funds

Once the one year has been completed, Panther Social assists the rickshaw puller with structuring and setting up a business, focusing on purchasing a rickshaw of their own, setting up a small shop/stall, or a small agricultural project. After the project is set up, Panther Social continues to check up and guide the rickshaw pullers to ensure that the projects are successfully executed.
